A few days ago they launched the beta version (only accessible by pre-ordering it), and I can't seem to find W:RD's hardware requirements.

Looking forward to this. To answer your question though, I am not sure they have released anything official with regards to requirements. Do you know when the release date is for the full release?

It's basically the same requirements as wg:alb. It looks much better though.
Got my copy a few days ago.

Well I love wargame:alb as I think it's the most balanced, realistic (at least in gameplay terms) real time tactical game out there. If you like this kind of game, red dragon plays better with ecm, naval units, more modern weaponry.
It plays a little different from alb though as slight changes such as artillery behavior and aa range (due to more modern weaponry), will force you to use different tactics. Maps are also bigger on the average I believe, making fast deployment units (helo infantry, etc) the preferred choice.
