    Hey Guys,

I am not a big D&D fan, but I know the basics from playing NWN and Baldur's Gate.

I was wondering if anyone has been considering the DDO MMORPG. If you haven't seen it, here is some links:

    http://www.ddo.com

I am not advertising, just seeing what other peoples opinions are. :D

Hmm...haven't seen it, maybe I'll try it. I used to be a fan of the cartoon show...I don't think they ever got home. I think I heard two of them showed up in Baldur's Gate.

The screens look awesome. I wanted to do BETA, but between work-school-tutoring people, I have no time.

I just played D&D Online for a few hours last night. I wasn't very impressed with the gameplay. The graphics are pretty nice though. There seems to be some lag issues comparable to some zones in Everquest (ie. PoK). Also, the zoning happens quite a bit, since a lot of instancing goes on (entering taverns, rooms in taverns, etc).

I probably won't even bother with this when its released. Funny, since I've at least tried most of the major MMORPGs, at least, for a month before heading back to EQ.
