I'm into PC graphics lately and I thought I might as well check around who's still using Intel Extreme Graphics (or Intel Extreme Graphics 2, whichever one you have).

If you are still using it, do post your processor and RAM specs. If you are playing any games on it (yes some games work, believe it or not, just that they aren't popular ones) do list them.

I'm using the Intel Extreme Graphics 2 on a Pentium 4 2.60GHz with 256MB of RAM (you would think no one would be on those specs anymore, so yeah, I'm no one).

I'm don't really seek for new games and I would just stick with some of the games I like till I get bored.

I played Soldier Front before on another PC before (not mine) and I enjoyed it, but unfortunately even though my PC fits the minimum requirements it loads like a snail (not even a tortoise), and even so I would lag badly. Imagine holding a sniper rifle and you can't even aim accurately. :p

Well there's another game which I thought I could try, and that's GunZ. It works, but not higher than 800x600 (which is the default anyway).

On default settings I could get a FPS of ~30, but for those who have played it before and for long you would know that complex movements are needed, and looking at it on the default settings really strain your eyes.

I disabled the lighting and the FPS immediately increased to ~50.

I have tried Battlefield 2 on another PC (not mine also) before too, but I doubt even the demo would work on mine (although the demo still has servers online with players). :p

I have tried before RuneScape and MapleStory on this PC.

For RuneScape they have really improved the graphics. I tried the high detail mode (the new high detail introduced just last year) on another PC before, it was really nice, but I doubt it would run on mine without any lag.

Luckily you still got 3 other options, the new high detail but in a smaller size, the new low detail and new low detail with safe mode (with all the graphic settings to the lowest).

The new low detail is basically the old high detail, and the new low detail with safe mode is the old low detail. Those who have played it recently should know. :)

I have tried MapleStory before (that's a few years back), on its default graphic settings I can get a smooth gameplay. I didn't mess with it back then since I didn't really know about graphic cards and stuff.

Everyone gets either SLI or Crossfire if they are really into gaming but with Intel gpu, I dont see a chance to play at ver high with 1200p resolution.
