I want ati tool to check for artifacts when I overclock, but when I got the one that is supposed to work with 64-bit, it didn't have signed drivers. It still kinda works but I'm not sure it can read my card :/

I have always used it, works fine for Artifact Tester but none of the other stuff has ever worked since its so old. I never even got a 64bit version I do not think as its an old tool and was not aware it had one, the regular 32bit version should run fine.

For OCing (predominantly ATI) check out GPU Tool, for stress testing/artifact scanning use Furmark.

ATI Tool 0.27 works on Vista and 64 Bit just fine though is in beta and does have some problems.'

GPU Tool is in VERY early versions and I wouldnt recommend it.
