Well of coarse i need new video card drivers with my installment of Windows. So im running in this terrible 1024X768 on a widescreen, and its killing my eyes. And yes, I do know about driver heaven and all that. But when i try and use a desktop driver install thing when you 'hack it' for a mobile card, during the unpacking, my computer crashes and i get the blue screen with the error 'unable to locate ati2duag'. Well... inorder for me to get that file 'ati2duag' i need to get a video card driver.

Is there anyone that has the most recent driver already cracked for the Laptop, and could upload it so i could just download the version i need, instead of going through this hell-like process that crashes my computer?

    Thanks in advance.

You should be able to get the latest drivers for your notebook graphics card via Windows Update. Also, if you do install Catalyst Control Center by accident, you can uninstall it via Add/Remove Programs (XP) or Uninstall Application (Vista). Just don't check the Uninstall Drivers box during the prompts.

Omegadrivers.net is very good for Windows XP graphics drivers. They currently do not have an ATI driver for Vista.

Well you can just download the Omegas then.

I could get you a copy of the standard drivers, but they automatically come with CCC as part of the package. Last one not to was a while back (more recent than desktop, but they were special ControlPanel packages).

If you just download the Omega drivers they have been made mobility compliant by OmegaDrive and stipped of the standard CCC, relying on ATiTrayTools instead.
