    Are my clock speeds normal?

    My laptop specs are below. When I open up AMD GPU clock tool the device is called " 0x1002 DeviceID: 0x9591 SubsystemID: 0x9035 (BN:1, DN:0)" and I can't select any other devices so im guessing this is my gpu. But the engine clock speed is 109.68 and the memory clock speed is 405. Is this just completley making up numbers because im sure the enegine speed of my gpu is supposed to be a lot higher.

    Sony Vaio custom
    - 2.66GHz core 2 duo
    - Ati HD3650 512mb GDDDR3
    - 4GB DDR2 Ram
    - 320GB 5400rpm HDD
    - Vista 64-bit home

    That is the speed at the when the GPU is in powersaving mode. Note that AMD GPU Clock Tool cannot modify the clocks with any drivers over 8.10...

    But I have my laptop on high performance mode with power play off.

    Try using GPU-Z to see more info about your clocks. Post up a screenshot while you're at it.

    Yep you should use GPU-Z and upload some screenshots so that we can see your clock speeds.
