I am trying to find a good Rome/Roman era game to play but can't find...anything at all lol. There are plenty of strategy games, but I can't find a single action game or rpg, have there just not been any made at all, or do I suck worse at using google than I thought? :p

If there aren't any good action or rpg Roman games, I suppose I could make do with a strategy one ;) any recommendations? I already have Grand Ages Rome BTW

(A Roman overhaul mod for Oblivion would work too...but I can't find that either lol)

I just finished watching gladiator...so I have to find some kind of good Roman game to play, I don't really care if its text-based, is old and has bad graphics or is a web browser game, I just g2 get rid of this legionary craze before I buy a replica suit of armor

In terms of culture they're pretty similar(not the same though, they have anthropologic differences). They even had similar belief systems until Roman culture turned Christian.

Best roman game I played was shadow of Rome on ps2. Capcom gladiator combat game. Sugest hunt down cheap ps2 and a copy of that. I guarantee u will not be disappointed. It's the gladiator game to end all. On pc I remember a good point and click adventure is called Pompeii. I picked it up cheap but it's quite good
