    I have to play arma2 on lowest 960x600 on my lappy, i didn' realize i was so outdated....or cheap

    !? i would not get that game then. if it runs much worse than crysis and looks worse (albiet slightly worse) its not worth it.

    I own the game myself and with patch 1.02 it runs at 24FPS avg at these settings:

    There is a new patch 1.03 out with better performance.

    If the dude in video is able to get smooth frametrates at 1900 res with high settings with 8800M GTX SLI(9800M GT SLI) then that means a dual GTX 260/280 or a dual Mobility 4850s system should be able to rape this game especailly with QX9300....

    arma is for those looking for a realistic experience, albeit kinda fun, but you need to be very patient, and with slow framerates....prepare to get a wig

    At least play it better, however a Quad Core CPU just do this game good. No GPU rapes this game and especially not notebook GPU´s. Even the highend desktop GPU´s have problems with this game.
