Guys I connect at 29.2kbps. And WoW is too demanding on my system and my internet connection I mean common I can't download 150MB patch every other day. I love RPG's (btw thanks everyone for the earlier disccusion on RPG's you guys gave me alot of ideas and I'm thinking of getting a couple as for now I'm gonna reinstall D2 till I decide on this.) But back to the topic at hand.

    #1. Will Asheron's Call 1 & 2 run on my system?

    Intel Celeron M 1.6GHz Processor
1400MB RAM (after subtracting shared GPU)
128MB ATI Radeon X200M with Omega Driver(btw thanks for directing me towards that :) ).

#2. My only choice at the moment is 56k. I live to far out in the country and I don't have 600 bucks for Satellite plus ppl say it's not good for gaming. My question is will Asheron's Call 1 and 2 play well on 56k? I usually kept about 400-600 latency on WoW. Which for me is definitly playable, but during the day and such when more people were on or when I'd go in town it'd go up to 800-900. Few times it ever went higher.

    Thanks guys.

Hate to bring you the bad news, but Asheron's Call 1/2 wouldn't be very playable on a 56k. I played AC for 3 years, and i remember several times when i was leveling, any server lag that occured, i would get killed because i could not heal myself or run away. As far as i know there really isn't any MMO games that will be playable with a 56k - especially when you connect at 29kbps, thats almost half of what most 56k users get.
