hellooo guys..has anbody tryied to overclock cpu for ac4?I increased my i7 4702MQ for 200mhz for every core and i gained 4-5fps in AC4..its now almost fully playable..i was surprised that i gained 4-5fps...its a really big boost considering that i was getting before 20-25fps mostly..now i can play it with 25-30fps(i can gain even more if i put god rays to low or fxaa instead smaa)...so if anyone has low fps try to give to cpu a boost..maybe it will help you also..my cpu temp was 86Cmax so its acceptable(with overclock)..hope it helps someone also :)

Why don't you overclock your graphics card too? Man that game is long and i'm only now half way through after two months lol and i still have to play the dlc, it's a real badly ported game.

its bad ported cause gpu usage is low and the game doesnt take advantages of four cores.my gpu is 760M and i overclocked it and i got a lot of space to overclock further(only 60C at max) but i cant find a unlocked bios :(

How much did they change/improve the graphics over ACIII? Cause I'm having no issues with performance on III... did they really add that much?

Thermals aren't the only factor in overclocking. Critical paths have a lot to do with it. You could increase voltage all you want, OC'ing beyond a certain point isn't a guarantee.

Also, what you get on your 760m is better than what NBC reports by far. What resolution do you have?

SMAA eats perfs as well, it's not necessairy @ 1080p (personal point of view : AA isnt needed @ 1080p)
