Are you aware of the game's minimum system requirement? Your graphic card is very under-powered to even run this game. I tried Assassin's Creed on my old laptop which has Nvidia 8400m GS and the only way I could play it was to turn all the settings all the way to minimum including the in-game screen resolution. You'll need something like Nvidia 8600m to run this game smoothly, anything below that (especially integrated graphic card) is totally unacceptable.

The X3100 will NOT run that game playably, assuming it runs it at all.

Intel's video drivers are of poor quality and compatibility to begin with, and the X3100's hardware simply does not have the kind of power required to push that game.
