Hello, I just purchased Assassin's Creed, and after installing it, I am having problems.

When it runs, I can see everything. The menu, introduction, etc. When I start the gameplay, with the tutorial, and being informed that I have been kidnapped, everything is purely white. I can splotches of hair color here and there, but everything else is white.

    Computer Specs:
24" iMac running Windows Vista 32 bit. 4 gigs of RAM, 1TB 7200rpm, ATi HD 2600 Pro( Reads as MOBILITY RADEON HD 2600 XT), with an Intel core 2 extreme processor at 2.8ghz.

    Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Sounds like incompatible hardware. First try different drivers for your video card and running the game in both dx9 & dx10... Failing that i think you will have to wait for a patch or update :(

Hmm, when I bought it, it did not come with a serial key at all. All it did was just install. And, I can't even select a mode to play in DX 9 or DX 10.

And, It's not incompatible hardware. I can play any other game at high settings with no problems at all.
