Yes Cnet was right. The Core 2 Duo Merom will have X1700's built in. That card is a real beast. I guess it will have around 6000 3dmark05 points. Imagine that, and that all in a 15.4" notebook!

And the article says that the price is over 1700 € or $. But is not so high. It would be a notebook to keep in mind

That is correct ahidalgo,
Intel said Merom would be cheap, so an upgrade from Sonoma to Merom would be very wise. It has 64-bit, fast dual core, DX 10 support with an update.
But dont forget to configure it with 2 GB. You really need it.
