Guys, wonder if you can help on this. I am sure I saw mentioned someone ask if the 3650 that comes with the Acer 6920g is DDR2 or DDR3. I looked on the Acer site but it only lists the memory type for the 9500 version. However a quick google on the model number (6920G-6A3G25Bn) turned up this:
    http://www.pixmania-pro.co.uk/uk/uk/acer/aspire-6920g-6a3g25bn/645875/fiche.html#tech-desc
    It states:
"Video Card HD3650 ATI Radeon graphics card, 512 MB DDR3, up to 2304 MB of total available graphics memory"

I just ordered one of these on the cheap and wondered if anyone knows if that website is correct and it does have DDR3? If it does then according to the mega thread ranking of cards its better than 9600GT DDR2??

    from the ranking lists:
    Nvidia GeForce 8600M-GT GDDR3
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 DDR2
    Nvidia GeForce 9600M-GT DDR2/9650M-GT DDR2
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 GDDR3
    Nvidia GeForce 9600M-GT GDDR3

You need to go to the Acer forum to ask for someone to post a GPU-Z screenshot.

Cheers mate, after I posted I figured I should have stuck this in the Acer forum. I will repost in there.
