Why do ppl seem to prefer D3DOverrider when Ati Tray Tools has so many more options?

You can even over or undervolt your GPU in Ati Tray Tools.

Do Forcing Triple buffering in D3DOverrider work the same as in Ati Try Tools or is Ati Tray Tolls bugged or something sicen i dont hear anyone use it

i personally want a very simple and light-weight application to enable triple-buffering for me. the only overclocking program that works on SONY VAIO SA laptops is Sapphire TRiXX, so i don't need ATT at all. that's why i use D3DOverrider.

I do my undervolting/overclocking through direct Vbios editing. No need for that software here.

For changing driver settings, I use Radeon Pro. Unlike ATT (AFAIK) and D3DO, it auto-detects what you're playing and applies custom settings appropriately. I don't OC on my laptop, and my undervolt is flashed into my VBIOS.

Explain as best you did in your notebook a undervolting / overclocking. Direct Vbios editing?
