Hi, the new caps was released and I realized that on the release note it mentioned single gpu. Is there any point in installing caps on a single gpu set up?? Sorry for the noob question !!

you can do it. BUt i prefer to edit the ini files or config myself. Essentially, that's all the cap does for single gpu. It will limit or set options for a certain game so the game runs better.
For example, you force AA in CCC for somegame.exe but it runs like crap with AA, so the CAP eliminates that option. So it instructs the driver to not use AA when you start somegame.exe
BTW, all previous caps are rolled into the newest Driver release. Caps are primarily only there so people get some xfire profiles and game fixes until the next driver release -
once you install Caps do you need to change some option in catalyst control center? or once installed i do need to do anything to get the profile applied?
