Hey All,
I have a dillema with some movies.
I'm trying to get both my 3D and Bluray movies to work, but the sound just doesn't function. DVD movies work flawlessly.
I'm getting this error:
"Audio Format Not Supported"
"You may need an additional audio decoder to play the soundtrack of this file."
"This file contains a track in the Dolby AC3 Audio (code "8192) format. You may need to install a DirectShow decoder for this audio format in order to hear the soundtrack of this file."

I tried googling information on this topic but I was only liked to malicious spyware/keylogger type decoders and fiddled around with it for about an hour.
Any ideas?
Oh, and another thing. I know Cineplayer is the only player I can use to play 3D, but I'm unable to open 3D movies in order to play.
Thanks guys.

You're using cineplayer, that's the one from roxio, right? -
I'll give the other player a shot. -

Just use MPC-HC... It's lightweight, unlike the EXTREME BLOAT of WinDVD and it's free.
Media Player Classic - Home Cinema - Video Player
Combine that with FFDShow, there isn't any file format I have come across that won't play.

FYI BluRay is nothing special. It's just h264. And currently FFDShow and x264 supports more features of h264 of any decoder/encoder out there. Including professional software. -
It woks! Finally ...=) Appreciate it.
I'll be sharing these links with others who have similar issues. -
