This Dragon edition laptop really gets on my nerves so at the end I ran out of ideas and decide to open up the thing myself to attempt to fix the problems. Whoever did the thermal pasting on my laptop sure id a horrible job in my view as shown in the image. And just to put this out there, does anyone know what the light green things are? they feel a little sticky and covers up almost all "black boxes"(I don't know what those are either) should I keep them there?
Thanks in advance!

That's an ok paste job. Those green things are thermal pads and needed. Don't remove them.

Good, I didn't get them off xD I thought thermal should spread out uniformly and not get out of the edges? And not on pins and what not?
-
And if it is not the thermal paste problem, what is causing me running Unigine Heaven 3.0 benchmarks at 92 degrees C all the time, under any settings

Ooh. Serial numbers for my collection.

I would clean the paste off thoroughly with high % alcohol and soft paper towel and reapply. It could just be crappy paste that was used or heatsink just not properly seated. Plus how old is this laptop? While it's open, be sure to give all the cooling parts including fan, heatsink fins, etc some good blasts of compressed air. Even a thin buildup of dust can cause temperature increases.

Maybe it's just me, but that doesn't look like good thermal paste.

Clean the fan, repaste with a good quality paste and your problem will be solved.

It's not just you. That's a scary picture... Look at those air bubbles and that mess. Whoever did that used too much paste and should redo it.
BAD thermal pasting job on GTX 680m? Curious what the green stuff is...
