    BF2 v1.41 patch issue

    I currently have version 1.4 BF2 installed on my computer. I downloaded the v1.41 patch and tried to install it. After the program asks me to choose my setup language, a box pops up saying "Unable to get Windows Drive". Then i press OK, which is the only option. Another box pops up saying "Unable to get BF2 drive", click OK, then another one says "Unable to get available disk space", click OK, "You have too little space on your harddrive to patch BF2. You need at least 2090MB. (click OK then it closes).
    What's going on??? Ive never had problems patching BF2 before. I have like 20GB free space on harddrive, so thats not the problem. Am i doing sumthing wrong?? thank you.

    You may have to reinstall BF2, and then reinstall the 1.41 patch. I don't play BF2 so I couldn't tell you more detailed instructions.

    i always get a wierd message in game saying that bf2 v 1.41 patch is out and i should go look at it on ea's webpage even though i already have that patch installed and running...

    well i figured it out, i had to manually uninstall BF2 in the registry cuz it wouldnt uninstall properly and it kept saying something about it wasnt able to determine the correct version of the game, then i had to change the name of sum file in the registry to get it to install. stupid patch lol, wasted 3 hours of my life
