    BF2142 and 7600???

    This may seem pretty annoying because of the BF2142 talk all over the forum, I just have to know.. Will the Gforce 7600 run battle BF2142, ive tried it on the GMA950 integrated stuff and no luck there.... so im wondering if even BF2 will be able to use the gforce go 7600 chip... And of course I want it to run 2142 :) . But I would strongly appreciate the advice. If i need a spacific card or soemthing, Id like to know!!!! :D

    Yes it will. I had a x700 in my hp and that ran BF2 ok, and my New Vaio has a 7600 and it runs it ok, and BF 2142 has the same graphics as BF2. Just make sure you have enough ram.

    Thanks, but if i had a 7600 card, 2 gig ram, 2.0 core 2 duo, you think i could max it out (or close to it) on the graphics.. AND still run great?

    Hey Malikite (nice avatar by the way),

    You may want to check my thread, link.

    I have info and pics there on how it plays on a X700. But your 2.0 Core 2 Duo with 2 GB of RAM and 7600Go will play BF2142 great. You may expect >30 fps at 1024*768 and 4x AA and high quality. At least, a forum member said so.

    Yea it will. I have an X1600 and I can play 2142 at 1024x768 with everything maxed and 2x/4x AntiAliasing. It runs well. The X1600 is pretty much similar to the 7600, so it should have no problem :)

    dont worry i have the same specs (3GB Ram instead of 2) and core duo 2.0 and geforce go 7600 and bf2142 runs on high with antialiasing mode enabled but dont enable enhanced lighting effect its makes flashy building :) You're Good :)
