After finally playing a round on something other than Caspian Border, I've noticed a strange artifact in BF3 that seems to occur regardless of settings - all the roads have a yellow/green tint to them until I am virtually right on top of them, at which time they return to normal. Doing some googling, I was able to determine that this is a common issue on nVidia notebook hardware, but no real solutions have been offered. The most common comment seems to be "laptops aren't meant to handle BF," which is obviously false, but I can't seem to find any other solution except for rolling back the drivers. Surely not all of you who enjoy BF3 on nVidia GPUs are forced to use old drivers, are you?
For the record, this never happened on either the 5730m in my old laptop or the 6950 in my desktop, which are ATI cards I've tried with and without the user.cfg tweak, and I get yellow roads both ways.

If its a known bug im guessing the next Nvidia driver release will fix it.
I doubt its caused by gaming on notebooks.

Been like that for 2 official drivers ... and still there on the current beta
I would of reverted back to a much older known driver but the fps improvement for both bf3 and some other games was pretty significant enough for me.
Just pretend, no one has been there for a long long time. -
...so much for whoever told me nVidia had better drivers
