The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi all,

    I was feeling down a bit yesterday and decided to instal Black Hawk Down on my new dv6000t. I used to play it a lot and absolutely loved it...

    I put the CD in, the installation begins and after about 5min. it freezes on the last bar and something like this pops up. " Error during data trasfer blah... -215838931" :(

    I wiped the CD tried again to no avail....

    I went to novalogic forums and there is no info on this error... :confused:
