I'm thinking about BIOS modding my 3650 since that's the only way to really do an effective overclock without fiddling every single time. I can't seem to dump my BIOS whatever program I use, RaBiT, GPU-Z, etc. Could anyone who's done it help me out here, or otherwise tell me how to get Rivatuner working with my card?

Yeah, ATIFlash don't work with x64 bit OS's, and I'm trying to find out which version of it does.
EDIT: OH! Err... how dyou make a bootdisk from vista?
EDITED AGAIN: Okay, sorry I got the USB booted and my BIOS dumped, but when I try to use RaBiT, it says Zero size ROM image! What's the exact command and numbers I need to dump my BIOS? Or rather, could someone just post up their mobilit 3650 HD BIOS here or somewhere? The reason I'm trying to mod is because my GPU is factory underclocked to start with.

Don't use Rabit, use RBE newer. Anyway you used:
    Code:
    atiflash -s 0 nameoffile.rom
    ?

I tried that, but since the prompt said something like 0 size saved, I tried atiflash -s 0 bios.rom 10000 because atiflash -i said that the rom was that size. I'll try your way again.

Ok. But I suspect that it will fail again. If your vbios is embedded in your laptop system bios atiflash will have no way of accessing it...

Yeah, I did AMD GPU Clock before this, but it sets the clocks permanently without any way to set the clocks when it's idle. Would having AMD GPU Clock Tool overclock my GPU permanently to something like 700/800 damage my gpu in the long run?

What notebook do you guys have? Sometimes what happens is that the VGA bios is tied into the System bios, (ex. Toshiba) so in any case where your trying to modify the VGA bios (dump, reflash, etc.) it wont let you.
