Basically, this is the issue I'm having: Whenever I play an Unreal Engine 3 based game, I always get a BSOD. I got through this games without any issues.
    -The Witcher Enhanced Edition
    -Crysis
    -Fallout 3
    -Left 4 Dead 2
    -Prototype
    -Resident Evil
    -Aliens vs. Predator
    -Far Cry 2
    -Mirror's Edge.
But whenever I try to play Batman Arkham Asylum or Mass Effect, I get a bluescreen, no matter the level of detail or resolution. At first I thought my card was faulty, so I ran a FurMark Stability test (1280 x 1024, 4XMSAA) for about 2 hours. I didn't have a single crash, and the temps didn't go above 74C. So I let my laptop cool down a bit, I launched Batman AA again and it crashed within the first 15 minutes. I've already tried different drivers, but none of 'em solved my problem.

Yea that is weird because Mirrors Edge does use unreal. You do seem to be using 10.3 beta drivers, because for me those drivers run unreal 3 engine games really well for me. Maybe you are not getting enough ventilation in your laptop which causes your system to crash? I don't know really that is just weird that the BSOD occur for you.

If two hour Furmark doesn't crash it, I don't think heat is a problem. Although, did you notice any artifacts during that Furmark run? Also, which Furmark? They came out with a new one and it makes my GPU cry.

I'm using the 1.8.0 (Hot like hell) edition. I had no artifacts during the furmark test.

And now i do remember having a bluescreen during Mirror's Edge. It only happened once after a longer than average gaming session (when playing ME i got bored quickly and shut it off after getting to the next checkpoint).

I also had the same error with the 9.9 beta drivers (the last ones offered in the ati website), when I OC'd my card and ran furmark to test stability. The problem went away when I got the modded 9.12 drivers.
