(yup, the guy from Star Wars)

Game looks amazing. I can't wait to play it considering the last one was 10/10 in every way.

If I saw these voice actors on the street, I'd never, ever expect them to be Batman/Joker. I guess it works like that with the majority of voice actors :)

So...who's getting it? I am with 100% certainty. Releases sometime in October.

I am too. Any chance it will support PhysX GPU acceleration?

I have completed Arkham Asylum 2 times and am on a 3rd play through and still loving it. I will be getting Arkham City without the slightest doubt and can't wait!

Bought AA thrice (CE , GOTY then recently when it was on sale on Steam) so this is definitely a day 1 CE purchase for me. Can't bloody wait!

Same here. A game is good to me when I go back to beat it again on the hardest difficulty. I hardly do that.

The videos look quite nice, I have high hopes the game will be great story-wise (like B:AA) and improve on the gamplay mechanics (a bit more of variety would be welcomed).

Mark Hamill is the second best Joker. Heath Ledger is the best.

I was kind of surprised by how dark AA was, and I'm intrigued by the fact that AC is supposedly darker. They really captured the depravity of the Joker in AA. Sick and twisted.

I'm really looking forward to the sequel. AA was great fun. I like how they struck a balance between conventional beat 'em up gameplay and stealth. Lining up combos in fights was great too, the game was more than just a button mash fest.

It'll be interesting to see just how "open" they'll make Arkham City.

Do the stories follow between AA and AC? I tried to play the first one but just couldnt, the second one though looks awesome. If i need to play the first 1 to play the second 1 I will but I want to know if I do be4 i sit and forcefully play it.

I'd recommend playing the first one fully first.

On top of the story, you'll familiarize yourself with controls and develop a higher understanding of skill for #2.

    And to any newcomers:

I HIGHLY recommend using a USB Playstation or Xbox controller to play this game. Personally, I use the Logitech Rumba II, which is a Playstation-like controller. Its build-quality is very high and if it breaks, you get a replacement within 2-3 days via mail (warranty lasts 3 years I think).

A controller is just so much better with this game IMO.

Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY edition is on a Midweek madness sale for £3.75 (75% off), still time left to make a purchase before it is over!

I heard it is $7.50 in the US and other areas too!
