I have a serious installation problem on my new computer which has vista 32 bit home premium. My specs are plenty fine for this game it's vista which I think is the culprit. I am able to load everything, on the first disk screen I get a warning saying that it has been tested only on xp 32 bit or something along those lines. When I get a prompt to enter the 2nd disk I do, after which nothing happens. I try to eject the disk, nothing, I try to eject via my computer, nothing, it freezes. Ultimately I am forced to restart the computer because the task bar disappears.

Did you just leave it to see if it "looks frozen" but really is just being weird for some reason? That message that comes up about not being compatible is nothing, it happens for everyone on Vista...

Man, BF2 is the second game I'm installing after BF2142 once I get my new notebook, except I'll be running Vista 64. I really hope to avoid these issues people are having >_<
