I have Vista Business and an Acer Travelmate 8200. Battlefield 2142 ran flawlessly on high graphics when I had Windows XP, now when I try to launch the game, it crashes and says that Windows will try to find a solution to the error. I've tried compatability modes, but it just makes it so it can't verify the CD. I tried a fixed .exe, but that didn't work. What to do?!??!

I think that's a driver issue. Snoop around for a real vista driver (not the default one vista ships with) from ATi. Keep checking if they don't yet, they will be making a lot of changes very soon...

I got the driver from ATI's website for my version of Vista for my exact card (Mobility Radeon x1600). That's the first thing I did after Vista Installed.
