Yay, looks like full price game + DLC infestation + micro transaction. Lame.
-
I know, but EA owns this game, so you should expect it ._.
-
The female soldiers thing kind of weirds me out. I already find it kind of distasteful killing US characters.
-
(sorry, had to)
-
I guess the PS4, 720 and loads of other stuff is coming next year then... awesome
-
killkenny1 Too weird to live, too rare to die.

do you think guys that with hd7970m and gtx680m will be ok to play it at full??
but until then, the 8970m and gtx780m will shown up.... -
-
and i know that it isnt optimized 100%
im thinking that when it will be 100% optimized i can have 40-45fps stock.
now for metro???
i dont know? -
Metro would probably be 10-15FPS lower than Crysis 3, it's an extremely heavy game. -

I'd just like a solid FPS game with good objective, not mindless shooting, without tons of camping snipers, random tanks and helicopters destroying everything. Is that really hard to make? Apparently, so far EA and Activision can't do it.
Crysis 3 is COD clone, which makes no sense to me. It's an Alien invasion where humanity is united to defeat. So why is the MP portion of the game, humans just killing humans? Does that make sense? If they do have PvP, should be humans vs aliens. And then have an awesome Co-Op, like ME3 gone insane. Of course with objectives. Like wave one, aliens are tryiing to destroy something integral to human survival, must protect it. Next wave, you must transport the said thing to point b. Next wave must survive until extraction arrives and reinforcements. That would be awesome. -
I just hope they fix the blue tint and high contrast.

I just hope they fix the campaign. I can't stand running behind a blue icon that says "follow" 99% of the time.
-
LOL so mixed feelings from reading that excerpt -
Bringing commander system back? Holy moly game is going to be as awesome as BF2
... next lines....
easier to pickup the game, to take care of players from CoD
WTH EA -
-
I hope the campaing will be longer.

Just fix the cheating, period. No more client side hit detection. Concentrate on net code. I would love to see an awesome single player campaign too. Something unique and not an on-rails shooter. I'd even be willing to buy the single player separately if it were good enough.

Were you eyeballing or that's the actual static?
-

-
Also, some websites (and a member actually POSTED on the Battlelog forum) actually SELLS cheats for you to use. What if EA is actually selling these cheats? o_o
Mast3r, add my battlelog -
Now that would be f'd up! I'll add you as soon as I get my laptop reimaged and get everything loaded again.

As far as EA's involvement I wouldn't put it past them to do something like that especially considering their stance on cheating. They claim there's zero tolerance. Yet what do they do? Nothing. At worse they reset the person's account. Big deal. Yet if you use a color mod you risk getting your entire account banned. Any time someone comes up with a viable third party add-on EA stomps it down. With a good set of mod tools and opening up the ability to mod, BF3 could not just be good, it could be awesome. -
there is no way you make 40-45fps on crysis3(1920x1080+very high) -
-

Well I've got my copy of BO II downloading now so we'll see how long it takes for me to get bored and switch back to BF3, which I always seem to do.
-
Same here Master. Throughout playing borderlands 2, just cause, minecraft, runescape (yes runescape
) and metro 2033, battlefield 3 has been my most consistent game (And I just bought premium this weekend for $30 so thats another large amount of playtime).
-
So PC will be limited to 60fps?
-
-
120hz monitor.
