    Hi everyone,

so I got my awesome gaming laptop last month, and have enjoyed it very much thus far. It is a SAGER NP8268-S. I download Orgin, and bought the Battlefield 4 game. I can't play it all. I have played maybe if I am lucky 3 times without any glitch.

Here is what the Error message say,- DirectX Function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with DXGI_ErrorDevice_Hung ('The device is hung which is typically caused by issues in the graphics driver or alternatively the application') GPU; "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M "Driver 34709

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you guys. :(

Yeah, try a driver update. BF4 is still a little buggy, but that sounds a lot like a driver being broken. If all else fails you can try 344.91 as TboneSan has had success with that.

I've used 344.75 with 970M and works perfectly here.. You should remove all NVIDIA drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller and then install them again..
