Anyone else having issues with getting pings to show in the Bad Company 2 server browser?

I noticed on my laptop I get pings, on my desktop I don't. Not sure what the issue could be?

Are you running the program as an administrator?

On my desktop I only get about half the servers' pings to show up.

^^This happened to me, I had to make sure both were running as admin before I could get the PINGS to show up.

Ping works for low ping servers but high ping servers I think it just is blank because its too high to worry about.

I mean on my desktop they are ALL dashes. On my notebook I get pings for most all. I never set admin permissions on my laptop. Wonder why it would work on one and not the other. Will try admin on Steam AND BC2 tonight when I get a chance and see if it works.

Hmmm, well seemed to work, but I had to select the "Change settings for all users" and then choose administrator but it seemed to work. Thanks guys! Before I just went in and said "run as admin".

Ahh well makes sense I have UAC off so I am always in admin mode.

I cant see what Administrator mode would help, AT ALL.

I don't either but it does the trick. Only thing I can think of is if it has to write a file to a "secured" directory (like C:\Windows).
