Bunny Hopping is an issue and I understand that. I find it annoying too. But on a first offense, it's ridiculous. With one jump there is no way to prove it as a "bunny hop". There's obvious offenders to this rule. Kick them.

When I first started playing BF2 I would bunny hop all the time when I found out I wouldn't die. Then I realized how annoying that is and that it was just poor programming on Dice's part. It took a bit, but instead of reaching for my spacebar, I instead switch to the appropriate weapon and fight, run, or go prone for a better shot. That was hundreds of game hours ago, and play appropriately now, and always have since then.

 

Yeah, i agree. I used to but dont anymore.....

What's annoying is you'll jump ONCE and someone will complain.... you can jump once in real life too!

 

I was surfing around the net with my spare time and I had the chance to read your complaint about bs and I just wanted u to know that I’m sorry that happened to you but in all fairness the reason BS servers are so good is the admins are on everything every second possible to enforce the rules so the players that follow the rules get rewarded against players that disobey the rules. In order to play the servers at BS wet dream etc..their number one rule is no bunny hopping, no disrespect to admin or other players; no cheap kills,, so lets face it when people throw grenades in the direct line of fire they are attempting to throw a grenade and jump to avoid getting killed while they have no gun in their hand as they hope to kill someone with a grenade. I had to learn discipline to play the server and believe me it makes for a better game play environment and what is funny players who get kicked, banned for breaking the rules over and over belong in an environment where anything goes and it is a free for all where wild players that will be here today and gone tomorrow...that is what the gaming world is like .The admins of bs have been on that server everyday for years and all they ask is that players don’t attempt to play unfair,,,becuase if everyone started changing the rules of the server ,.then the server wouldn’t be any better than the thousands of other servers out there. I’m sorry to hear about your donations but some lessons are expensive to learn but they still gave you another chance and you started throwing grenades while jumping on the direct line of fire. Im sure your way over this by now and have totally moved on; I just wanted to talk in defense of BS servers and the admins are in their forty’s and up, very mature and very nice. Since the day I started my rank on their server is now a three star general.They do their jobs because if any serious gamer knows how frustrating it is to look for an admin to discipline a player and there’s none around to help you; well that rarely ever happens on the BS servers. Good luck bro and have fun in the virtual world of the gaming communities…and congrats on the new baby you have coming.

 

Dude, please don't spam here. This was an incident nearly a year ago. Please don't bring up old topics. And if you want to post, please do so with proper sentence structure and punctuation. You want respect at your server, please if you take the time to post, respect the rules and common posting courtesy here.

I still stand by my facts. I was banned while playing fairly, and got the better of several BS members in the process. But I won't go any further than that. Enjoy your BS server.
