    What are the best drivers for ATI videocards in notebooks?

    Something with overclocking and underclocking if possible.

    My video card right now is bi-polar with Omegas and its quite annoying.

    Omegas are the best. Describe bipolar. I know the disorder too well and I've never seen a video card exibit the symptoms, lol
