    Hello

Just wondering what you 5650 users are using or what you think gives best performance?

I'm currently using Toshibas drivers which are dated March 2010! so pretty old, i have switchable graphics so i can't install from ATIs website, i need to get from another website....

But yea, looking for a good driver!

    Thanks.

The best? Well the latest maybe. I'm running 11.1 on my envy.

I have switchable too but I could install it by going for the direct link to the driver.

I'm gonna assume your on windows 7 64-bit: http://www2.ati.com/drivers/mobile/11-1_mobility_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc_ocl.exe (catalyst 11.1 since I don't have 11.2 handy and never bothered updating my laptop to it)

you install it on top of the latest toshiba drivers that you have (so you keep switchable graphics) and it should work.

IMO, 11.2 are THE BEST AMD drivers to date. Gave me a HUGE increase in DX11 performance, benches and gaming. A must have for any AMD GPU owner.

EDIT : DOH! I forgot to tell that a 5730 is just a higher clocked, higher bandwidth and data rate GPU. It's based on the same core as the 5650. So yeah, 11.2 drivers are the best.

Thanks for replies guys, i'm not on x64 i'm on x86, i will update to 64 eventually, but sticking with 32 for now, i will try either driver, if anyone could point me to a place to download them?

    Regards!

EDIT, i just changed the urls to 32 instead of 64, and 11-2 instead of 11-1, downloading now, i'll give it a go.
