Do they make a version for the PC or will my XBOX 360 controller that came with my XBOX work with my laptop?

ive used both my wired 360 controller and ps3 controller plugged into my PC and i like both. They do make a wireless pc version of the 360 controller also.

it seems like overall the ps controller is easier to map like for games, except for games that are originally for the 360.

Thanks for the link, it states:

"Will work with future Xbox 360 Wireless Accessories."

Does that mean my old (original) XBOX 360 wireless controller won't work? i.e. will it only work with newer controllers?

I bought mine when the XBOX 360 first came out.

    Thanks!

If you want something other than an Xbox 360 controller, the logitech rumblepad 2 comes in wired/wireless and looks just like the PS2 remote.

The original 360 wireless controller works great on a PC/Laptop (provided you buy the Wireless Gaming Receiver)

It's what I use and would recommend especially as most "Games for Windows" are already pre-configured to work with it.

"Will work with future Xbox 360 Wireless Accessories" means that if Microsoft updates the current wireless 360 gamepad to something different/improved this adapter will run them as well.

yea wireless 360 controllers work with an adaptor or u can buy a controller for pc that comes with an adaptor or the wired controller that works and all u gotta do is download drivers frm the microsoft website, or get a ps3 controller and a usb cord and that works too
