Hi ya'll, thinking of buying a GT60. What wireless card and router would you recommend for gaming? I live in a smallish apartment and plan on connecting a pc, xbox, and ps3. Should I go w/ the Killer 1103, or is the Intel 6300 sufficient? Router-wise I'm considering the Netgear 4500 or Apple Airport Extreme. I've read a lot about the Linksys e4200 as well. Any recommendations for max performance?
Thanks!

Fantastic article on the 1103 card located here.
As far as the router, how much money are you willing to spend? If you don't care, this Linksys is good. Gets upto 450 MBs speed depending on your ISP. The 4200 gets 300 MB. But the v2 of the e4200 also gets 450 and is about 40 bucks cheaper than the e4500. -
Linksys E4200 v1, Netgear WNDR3700 v2 and the Asus RT-N56U and RT-N66U would be my preferred recommendations. By the way, your wireless network's throughput has absolutely nothing to do with your Internet connection, both are completely independent aside from the fact that one can be bottlenecked by the other. In general your Internet connection will be much more slower than your router will ever be.
The E4200v2 has a Marvell CPU in it which makes it good for NAS like functions, but it gets destroyed by it's older brother the v1 in terms of networking. I think the EA4500 has a broadcom chip in it which is a good thing.
Also, latency on a good wireless network is minimal and the real source of latency will be your Internet connection in most cases, not your network if you have good equipment. The 1103 is good, but not 80$ good so it really depends on the price of both wireless adapters as they are very close together in terms of performance. What are the prices for both the 6300 and 1103?
You'll want to give this a thorough read: http://forum.notebookreview.com/networking-wireless/594378-wireless-router-buyer-s-guide-2012-a.html and head to smallnetbuilder as well for in depth reviews of routers.
