Going to be an 8400M essentially, as probably the best possible GPU you'll find in a 4 pound laptop. This is what the XPSM1330 is supposed to use, and what the next gen SZ is probably going to use.

XPS M1210 has a go7400. But I think it is 4.5 pound or around that much. So I gues best in an 4 pound laptop would be the X3100.

There might be a few laptops around or just over 4.0 pound with a 8600M G card soon.

The GeForce Go 7400 is available in the current SZ series, which is either 3.7 pounds (premium models) or 4.1 pounds (regular models).

The M1330 is getting a lot of attention for the power/weight/price. You might want to wait around for it to be released.

Is the price of the M1330 actually known yet? Based on the specs at least I was expecting pricing similar to Sony's premium SZ models (i.e. above $2000).
