Soooooo many to chose from, I keep seeing people saying qarl's is the best, but i think the last one he put out was in 2007, trying to see if there is a newer or better version....

Qarl's texture pack is consider the best, he made an optimized version that reduces the size dramatically with sacrificing too much quality as well. I used it a while back and I doubt any are far superior to it.

There's also the natural environment & creature mods which add seasons and really nice weather.

I use Quarl's as well. Alongside a few other mods to add density to the forests, better grass, and some replacers for specific items and armor. As well as the HGEC body mod.

I use Qarl redimized and I like it.

If you're new to modding, I implore you not to install the beautiful people mod. It doesn't play nice with any other mod.

Also, it makes everyone look ridiculous.

I prefer the Elder Scrolls Nexus as a source for mods. More information and better top 100 listing. Are you going to use OOO or Fran's mod?

P.S. I recommend FCOM. It's not as much of a PITA to install as everyone suggests, and it's pretty cool!

    Also suggest Better Cities.
