    Best video driver for Asus G1S ?

    Hello there,

    I have an Asus G1S and I'm wondering what driver is the best regarding gaming performance and Vista use.
    I had 174.93 (with modified inf) and it was cool because Aero worked properly (there was no lag when popping up a window from the taskbar for instance).
    However, newest drivers have come out recently (eg 178.15) and they seem to improve performance. The negative part is that the "sleep trick" to get past 96°c and consequently avoid stuttering doesn't work anymore.

    This is why I'm asking you : what drivers are you using on your G1S ? Which one would you recommend ?

    Trying not to sound rude, but you should try asking this question in the Asus section of the forum. Might get a faster response. Oooor, you could try the search function.

    I used 175.18 for awhile before upgrading to 178.15. It was a good driver for me.
