I don't have any games yet but curious on how my 8600m GT stacks up w/out and overclocking. I'm running old drivers 167.45 but it's newer than what shipped with the Vostro 1500 that I got at the beginning of December.
Since the 167.45 is signed by Dell, I thought it might be a little more stable since I had problems installing newer drivers but I think that was more due to lack of experience.
What's the best way to benchmark my card. The 3D mark 06 is a pretty big download so before I do that is there a better way?

run games and check frame rates and the 8600gt is a very good card even without overclocking
