    Hi,

    I used the "most stable" drivers out in the internet and I got crappy 5-10 fps in HL2, CS:S and so..

    When I downloaded these beta drivers for WinXP, I got really playable fps in HL2 & CS:S, going up to 80fps, even 130 fps when facing the wall with minimum graphics. That's way playable for me! :) Only thing I noticed is that the 3dmark2001 score was worse than before, but well who cares about the score if the playability of the games increased. (My conf: D630, 1,8ghz, 2gbs of ram, winXP pro, x3100 gma)

    That was not why i made the topic for. I just wanted to ask When the beta drivers become "working & stable" drivers? Does anyone know the date? Just interested to know when the beta test gets over.

    I've also noticed something;

    I had vista one weeks ago, I tried Call Of Duty 2 demo with pre-beta Vista driver, and Call Of Duty 2 was playable.

    I just tried Call Of Duty 2 Demo with pre beta and release WinXP driver, and the game is unplayable...
