    Which one will give me better graphics and gaming

    The latter by far. CPU doesn't make much difference in most games.

    GTS 160M= own 4650. If u don't like the cpu u can upgrade it later... but the best thing is that if ur laptop with the GTS160M is MSI and i'm quite sure its , u get free oc which could make processor speed to 2.8 GHz and also GPU is oced...
