    Better multiplayer Team Fortress2 or COD4?

    I'm trying to decide between COD4 and Orange Box. I'll mostly being playing the multiplayer portion of the game. I'm a person that likes to just go around and kill people and not really have to do anything else (like capture the flag or something like that). I love FEAR multiplayer beacsue it's simple and fun. Of these two games which one has better multiplayer gameplay most simular to FEAR?

    they're both different games. TF2 is team based game as in it has different classes you can choose from. it is based on CTF gameplay. CoD4 should be similar to FEAR.

    cod because it is a team based game also. Especially when you scrimmage you need the cooperation and dedication of every team member, while tf2 will always have that same gameplay soldier to run and gun, sniper stays in the back. COD4 is highly adaptable, you can be a sniper and gunner its very different in a good way.

    TF2 is pure fun, while COD4 is pure chaos. Most pub server for COD4 doesnt have team work. I tried to play with a friend, but we give up because we always respawn at different places and usually by the time we find each other, we have already been shot from all directions.

    Dont get me wrong, I like both TF2 and COD4. They are good games, just different kind of fun.

    TF2 is tons of fun, the maps are great and team play is required. Also every server has VOIP and it sounds great.

    COD4 is more like a run and gun, nade spamming, nade fest, type of game. And not every server has VOIP and those that do it sucks.
