    If I buy the cd of Battlefield 2, how long will it it take to install and download before I am able to Play, and in bf2 do you automatically respwan after you die?

    Depends what computer you have, but I'd estimate 30 min to 1:30.

    And yes, you respawn after you die until your team runs out of tickets.

    You must install the game.

    Then you must downloaded the latest patch (1.41)

    You must then patch the game.

    Then launch BF2 and set your graphics settings.

    Pick a server with players and a low ping, shaders will optimize every time you change graphics settings resulting in longer load times than normal.

    Game loads, verifying client data takes a bit and then your in a game.

    Yes you respawn, usually in 15 seconds after being killed.

    I'll say closer to 30 min then. BF2 takes as long as any other modern game to install, then you have to update online with the newest patches.

    Of course, if you buy the BF2 Complete Collection DVD all the updates are included already.

    Uh, it usually depends on how fast your hard drive is but we can't give you an exact time.

    Probably 20 minutes or so.

    The updates aren't included...you have to patch it yourself.

    How do I know this? I bought BF 2 Complete Collection DVD already.
