    Hi.

Im not feeling very happy, cos I dont know what to do.

I was looking for a nice laptop, under 1400€ ($1800) with a 15,4" for playing upcoming games, like Brothers in Arms, Hells highway, at 1024 x 768, high graphics quality, and still getting 40 or so fps.

Ive looked everywhere for a laptop with a powerful graphics card, but the most I got was a x1600. Its not bad,i know, but not enough for my requirements. I don't really mind waiting until Christmas, hoping for a new laptop video card to pop up, but....

Will new laptop cards arrive on Christmas time?

If not, how long will I have to wait?

Will I be able to get a nice video card for that money in a 15,4" laptop?

    THANKS

atm the best gfx card in a 15.4" lappy is either x1600 or 7600.
I did have my heart set on the x1600 but since i seen benchmarks (not 3d mark, game benchmarks) i think im gonna go with the 7600.

    Thats if i even get a 15 inch lappy, i might just get a 17 inch so i can get a 1800.

I think the x1650 will be in the new V laptop from Asus, I think it called V1? It was predicted to have a x1700 but ATI confirmed its the new x1650.

yeah, no laptop will have higher then an x1600/7600 that is smaller then a 17 inch screen. it won't happen because smaller laptops can't cool fast enough, so they will overheat with anything more powerful.
