Well I'm getting this error since morning: binkw32.dll is missing. Hence I cannot play any game in my PC.

I don't have any technical knowledge so I wanna ask is it fine to download the dll file from sites like https://dlldownloads.com/binkw32-dll/ and replace in my PC ?

Or do you have any other solution for this error?

    Please let me know.

You can try scanning system files for errors.

Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin). (or it may say Windows Powershell (Admin)
In the Command Prompt, copy/paste the following command, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow

It will scan and repair corrupt system files.
