The BioShock 2 DLC that has been out for over half a year on consoles is finally out on PC. Minerva's Den is here, it's said to have a better story than BioShock 2 and most who have played it on console claim to have enjoyed it more.

You play as subject Sigma, an Alpha model Big Daddy sent to retrieve a what appears to be sentient computer (The Thinker) from Minerva's Den (Rapture Central Computing) at the request of Brigit Tenenbaum (creator and savior of the little sisters) and Charles Porter, co-creator of "The Thinker".

So far it is quite fun and difficult as well, (I have objective arrow, vita chambers and object glow disabled). Had been looking forward to this for some time, when 2K announced they were canning the PC version of the only DLC I wanted I was quite disappointed. They later reversed their decision after public outcry by the PC community.

Well it seems quite good so far for only a little over $11.00. Anyone else looking to pick this up? Only issue I have with it is the horrendous Games for Windows Live you have to deal with, DLC must also be purchased from GFWL.

Here are a few pics I took so far:

Love the laser so far, looking forward to some of the other new items I will find. Though BioShock 2 is definitely not the best of the series of games, it is still quite good, and I am glad I picked up this bit of DLC. I would recommend it to other BioShock fans. :D

Yes I waited and waited and waited for this. I am so happy you have no idea. I think these Bioshock games are the best that have been made, and I am one of the rare ones who liked part 2 better than 1. I am about and hour into it and absolutely loving it.
