In my Bios and Windows, I can change either to "Maximum Performance". Are they the same thing? Do I have to enable both of them? Compared to "On Demand", will I get an increase in fps? Does "On Demand" just detect you're playing a game and give full cpu speed the whole time? And is there a substantial change in the kWh for "On Demand" compared to "Maximum Performance"?
