    Hey there guys,
First off, I'm gonna be asked for my specs, so here are the basics:

Dell (i'm ready for the "there's your first problem'' answers) XPS 1210
    T2700 Core 2 Duo at 2.00 GHz
    2 GB RAM
    Windows XP Pro
nVidea Geforce Go 7400 256 MB

So here's the problem, I'll be playing Bioshock (usually fairly solid 40 fps with overall medium graphics settings) and when I hit a new area, it'll slug up, then randomly I will hit the Blue Screen of Death, stating that there is something wrong with the "nv4_disp.dll"
Now, I've looked for drivers, but I'm totally lost as to which one would resolve my issue...
Any help would be welcome... I've really loved the game so far, but unfortunately it looks as if I won't be able to play until there's a fix for this :(

Try the 163.44 drivers from LaptopVideo2Go - they're designed specifically to resolve issues with Bioshock.

I was going to try that a while ago, but I couldn't find my card listed on any of the criteria unfortunately...

none of the drivers were made specifically for notebook GPU's. they are hacked drivers that are made to work with the notebook GPU's. your card will work just fine with the drivers.
