    Bioshock cheats...how?

    i've tried and tried to get the cheats for bioshock to work (going through it my second time through) but all it does is either crash the game or not work at all. can somebody point me in the right direction on how to get the cheats enabled?

    i have ver. 1.1 of the game btw.
