I am currently using Acer Aspire 5920G. Currently using driver 158.45 (Don't remember exactly, but the most stable one). I would be able to play BIoshock for around 10-15 minutes before it freezes and stops. And I would need to ctrl alt del away. I have tried to upgrade to the new Bioshock driver but it always gives me a BSOD. What should I do?

Use the 163.44 drivers from www.laptopvideo2go.com, with modded INF. Be sure to uninstall your current drivers first.

Yes I have tried using that. But whenever I try to uninstall my current driver, it automatically installs a standard graphic drive...I have tried that too in safemode, it would still installs that standard drive. Any help please?

Used it, but in safemode it still decides to install the standard graphic drive.
When I uninstall the standard graphic drive, I tried to install the 163.44 drive. Error pops up saying " The Nvidia Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now close."
    What should I do now?

Okay, let's go through this. For this very simple guide I'll assume you're using Vista.

Step 1: Uninstall your current graphics drivers. (Start -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a Program -> Highlight nVidia drivers -> Remove)
    Step 2: Reboot when prompted.
Step 3: Vista will ask you if you want to install drivers for your *insert card name here*. Click "No, and do not prompt me again for this device." If you have it enabled, accept the UAC prompt.
Step 4: Vista will now install it's basic "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" drivers. THIS IS OK, they just need to exist so Vista knows how to render the GUI properly. If so prompted, reboot again.
    Step 5: Download the 163.44 driver package from LV2G ( http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/nvidia/160series/16344_vista.exe for 32-bit Vista or http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/nvidia/160series/16344_vista64.exe for 64-bit).
Step 6: Run the executable. It should extract the nVidia installer into a folder named something like "163.44 nVidia Vista".
Step 7: Copy the modded INF into that folder, overwriting the original INF. Use http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/infs/160series/16344_vista/nv_disp.inf for 32-bit and http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/infs/160series/16344_vista64/nv_disp.inf for 64-bit, respectively. (Right click and "Save link target as..." if you get a text file when clicking on those links directly.)
Step 8: Install the drivers using Setup.exe in the folder you extracted in step 6. Accept any UAC/unsigned driver warnings/other random Windows messages and reboot when prompted.
    Step 9: Enjoy Bioshock.

If at Step 8 you encounter the same problem you've been having, post again and I or someone else will guide you through the manual install. I don't suppose you could do us a big favor and say what GPU you have and what OS you're using, by the way?
